Shipping policy

We provide free delivery within 3 - 5 working days in South Africa for orders of R1500 or more. We charge a delivery fee of from R199 (dependent on where you are located) for orders less than R1500.

Some products are ordered from abroad and might take longer to supply. VISION Optometrists will communicate this with you.

In cases where the product is not available from the supplier and is placed on ‘Back order’ delivery can take up to 6 weeks.
